Refund policy

Return Information:

If there was an issue with you order, be sure to contact us immediately to start your return request. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days.

Please note: items returned without approval will not be refunded.

Please return all approved items within 14  calendar days from the date received.
All eligible returns must be unused, unopened, all safety seals intact, and in original packaging. Please include receipt or proof of purchase, approved reason for refund, and your order number.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a designated number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for delivery and returning your item unless there was an error on our part.

 

FINAL SALE

No refunds or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or services.
If you are experiencing an usual skin reaction following the use of any of your items, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can discuss options and treatment plan.
