Shipping policy

All orders are processed, packed and shipped from our clinic in Courtenay, BC. Orders will be

shipped within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays) if you have special

shipping instructions, or if you are sending a gift please email us directly and we will do our best

to accommodate your request.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the sole

responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a notification and provide you with tracking information.

We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please note: our clinic & it’s collective operate by appointment only, we thank you for organizing a

pickup time in advance in order to serve you best.

Proof of purchase and photo ID are required when picking up orders, please have your order

number available.

If local delivery is selected, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange drop off

time .
